Photo(s) should be original, of high quality and be located on or around the Rutgers Campus.  It does not have to depict a weather phenomena, however, in order to be considered in each month’s contest, it should be affiliated to the time of year that it is submitted in. We also encourage you to submit a title for each photo in the written e-mail as you please.

Furthermore,

1. The photo and title may not contain material that is slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
2. The photo and title may not contain material intended for advertising purposes, including consumer products, political candidates, or otherwise.
3. Be aware that submission does NOT guarantee usage.  Image files may be removed at will.
4. For quality concerns, the photo should avoid any substantial light to lime green colors.
5. The photo MUST be in landscape format, and must be a .jpg file.
